$55 - 60 Minutes

Attention Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Patients: I no longer will file with BCBS on your behalf. I will give you the HCFA 1500 form, but you are responsible for billing your insurance company and paying me at the time of the massage!

*A missed appointment means you failed to show up and give me notice that you would be unable to make your scheduled time. If you are late to your appointment, I may need to give you less time on the table; however you will be charged for the full appointment time.

Medical Massage Rates

Blue Cross Blue Shield: I no longer will file on your behalf. I expect to be paid for the massage at the time of the service, and will supply you with the necessary paperwork you will need to bill your health insurance plan.

Auto Insurance: because of demands of documentation, I will file on your behalf, and you will be charged at the rate of my 90-minute massage. All other health insurance plans, I ask that you check with your plan administrator and inquire about whether your insurance will cover massage.
